How can I view the status of my designer tees order?
To check on the status of your order, click on the Customer Service tab and type in your confirmation number. It's that simple!

What are your shipping costs?
We at Swanky realize that every penny counts during these tough economic times. We offer FREE SHIPPING UPS ground shipping to anywhere in the United States. All other shipping options will be charged according to size and weight.

Is your clothing organic?
We would love to have an organic line of clothing and hopefully someday we will. Unfortunately at this time are business is too small to offer all the products we would like to. Hopefully our business will grow and with it our product line.

Who prints your clothing?
We are happy to say there is a wonderful company right here in Hollister that prints everything we sell. Go Hollister!

What if I want to return something?
No problem. If an item is damaged you can call us and we will issue you a shipping label. If you change your mind you may return the item at your expense as long as it hasn't been worn and is still in new condition. Note you only have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.

We will do our best keep our customers happy. Should the item be damaged in any way we will issue a return label and either send you a new item or refund your money. You can be assured all items are inspected by me before they are sent out and I sincerely hope this would never happen. Bonnie Swank
